About the Role
We’re looking for an Internal Communications & Employee Events Manager to help us build employee engagement through internal communications, events, office rituals, onboarding touchpoints, and hybrid formats.
This is not a pure event management role. We need someone who understands how employee events work as part of internal communications and culture-building: how to create the concept, write the announcement, prepare the brief, manage vendors, run the event, and make people actually want to join.
The role is local to Manila and requires strong English, Tagalog/Filipino language, and a good understanding of the local cultural context. One of the key goals is to create more shared moments and points of connection between local employees and expats.
What you’ll own
- Own the internal engagement calendar across office, hybrid, and company-wide formats: from idea and planning to execution, feedback, and improvement.
