As community manager, you will be responsible for building communities of passionate software application developers around the Intel AppUp Center, focusing on the Spanish‑speaking software ecosystem. The successful candidate will be an experienced self‑starter who is able to function at a high level of performance with minimal supervision, is self‑directed and motivated, able to work independently and take direction in a fast‑paced environment. This position requires a high level of initiative and flexibility to contribute to multiple areas in a nimble organization.

• Launch, manage, and grow an online Spanish community site and cultivate the developer community.
• Foster community membership and develop programs and incentives to increase engagement.
