Role Description

Arcadis is seeking to locate a strategic minded Establishment Management Plan (EMP) Project Lead with a strong background in asset management consulting and facilities management, preferably with expertise in strategic masterplanning. The ideal candidate will be an asset management consultant, with experience leading large projects of work and managing diverse multi-disciplinary teams in Defence or the Public Sector.

Role Accountabilities

• Lead and execute the Establishment Management Plan (EMP) projects as the designated EMP Lead for Arcadis, producing asset management optimisation strategies for Defence Estate sites.
• Utilise excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex masterplanning and asset management concepts clearly to clients and external stakeholders.
