We’re looking for an Emissions Performance Manager to join Thames Water permanently.

The Emissions Performance Manager will guide and lead bioaerosols and odour performance across our wastewater and sludge treatment sites.

You’ll ensure compliance with Odour Management Plans (OMPs) and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement to minimise environmental impact and community disruption.

What will you be doing as an Emissions Performance Manager?

Lead the bioaerosols monitoring programme and oversee odour management across sites
Develop, implement, and review Odour Management Plans and control strategies
Analyse complaints and performance data to drive operational improvements
Conduct audits and ensure actions from inspections and asset reports are delivered
Oversee odour KPIs, reporting, and associated budgets
Manage odour-related incidents and ensure effective resolution and compliance
