**Schedule**
Full-Time: 40 Hours/Weekly
0700-1900, 1900-0700, 0700-0700
**General Summary**
Responds to EMS calls and performs a variety of functions related to patients in accordance with appropriate rules, regulations, and protocols, according to PA DOH EMS Act and scope of practice.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Responds to EMS calls whether emergency or routine transport, observes safety policies and operates an emergency vehicle with due regard for others.
+ Provides health care instruction/education to patient and family members.
+ Prepares patients for scheduled procedures and assists in patient assessment.
**Common Expectations:**
+ Prepares and maintains written documentation as required by the profession and the department.
+ Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of the assigned patient population. Assesses and interprets patient age specific data and ...
