+ Masterβs degree in emergency management, public administration, business administration, project management, public health, or a related field.
+ Experience in emergency management, preparedness, or continuity planning within a higher education, healthcare, research, or large institutional environment.
+ Working knowledge of emergency management frameworks, including the Incident Command System ( ICS ), National Incident Management System ( NIMS ), and Emergency Operations Center ( EOC ) concepts.
