Job Description
The EMC Engineer supports the Advanced Safety and User Experience segment by developing electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test capabilities, overseeing laboratory execution, and ensuring that all product validation activities comply with automotive EMC standards and ISO laboratory accreditation requirements. This role combines hands-on lab work with technical leadership, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities

+ Oversee EMC laboratory testing and ensure all activities align with approved test plans, automotive EMC standards, and internal procedures.

+ Ensure compliance with ISO laboratory requirements across all EMC validation activities.

+ Support and mentor EMC Technicians in test execution, lab processes, and best practices.
