Hands on technical experience on project and people management.

Experience working on all stages of project development life cycle.

Structured review of projects and fixes the gaps with corrective actions.

Design of power electronics circuits and magnetic components.

Good knowledge of microcontroller, analog and digital electronics.

The person should have hands-on experience in power electronics for designing single and three phase topologies like Full bridge, half bridge, 3 level NPC topology using switches like MOSFET, IGBT, SCR etc.

Plan and organize workload to deliver against the project plan

Provide technical support to Production for day-to- day design, performance and quality issues which arise

A self-motivated individual who can demonstrate success in working with electronics hardware.
