As a Geotechnical Engineering Co-op, you will engage in essential assessments and analyses for robust mining operations over an 8 or 12-month term. Collaborating with experienced engineers, you will tackle geotechnical design work and support ongoing geological monitoring and hazard management. Your initiative in creating innovative solutions will be highly valued in this responsible resource development role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow health and safety programs
• Execute geotechnical assessments for mining operations
• Analyze stability and rockfall data
• Assist in geological reconciliations
• Perform monitoring and documentation tasks
Requirements:
• Working towards a degree in Geological or Geotechnical Engineering
• Must possess a Class 5 Driver’s License
