Job Responsibilities:

• Review inpatient medical records for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure proper clinical documentation to support coding and billing
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to clarify diagnoses
• Identify gaps in documentation and provide recommendations
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulatory standards
• Support accurate DRG assignment and reimbursement processes
• Maintain quality and productivity standards

Qualifications:

• Certified through AAPC or AHIMA (CPC, CCS, CIC)
