Job Description:

Role Mission

Support the CI Governance of Operations in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to cost savings and the enhancement of industrial performance across different plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management and monitoring of the continuous improvement project pipeline at the Operations level
  • Perform industrial data analysis to identify improvement opportunities (costs, productivity, efficiency)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools (Power BI, advanced Excel)
  • Support coordination with CI representatives in plants to ensure alignment on standards, projects, and savings
  • Actively participate in on-site improvement projects at manufacturing plants
  • Support the definition, monitoring, and validation of savings
  • Contribute to the standardization of CI processes (methodologies, reporting, KPIs)<...
