**Position Description & Qualifications**

As the **Electronic Security Solutions (ESS) Campaign Director** , you will serve as a Business Development enablement leader in **Charleston, SC** . This role enables, coordinates, and accelerates campaign execution by building the pursuit pipeline, driving an operating cadence, and ensuring cross-functional inputs are aligned to the ESS campaign plan. You will partner closely with the ESS LOB VP, BD/Capture leaders, Operations, Engineering, and Program teams to improve pipeline health, PWin discipline, and the on-time production of campaign deliverables tied to quarterly and annual actions. This role is for a leader who is relentless about outcomes, thrives in ambiguity, and can rally teams to win in complex government environments.
