The incumbent works under direct supervision of the Utilities System Foreman/Operator with Building Service Equipment and Infrastructure knowledge. The incumbent is delegated technical responsibilities working on highly complex equipment such as the computerized Energy Management System, which is the medical center's centralized environmental monitoring and control system.
