**What’s the Job?**

Primary Function:

+ Sets up equipment, prepares compounds and processes a variety of assemblies, such as standard connectors and special connectors following written and verbal instructions.

Essential Functions:

+ Setup equipment to meet product standards for identification, shell painting, retainer loading, contact painting, wire cutting, riveting, contact crimping and contact hooding
+ Weigh, mix and identify items such as inks, paints, adhesives, molding compounds and potting materials
+ Able to interface with customers if necessary
+ Follow intermediate drawings and procedures
+ Perform connector assemblies. ? Perform work with limited to no supervision
+ Train and assist Assembler 1s
+ Manually load and/or machine load retainers into molded plastic inserts per work order instructions
