**Description:**
You will be the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineer Staff, Level 4 for the Aeronautics team which is responsible for advancing cutting‑edge air‑mobility capabilities.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineer Staff, Level 4 you will be responsible for leading requirements development, tracking, and verification testing of systems, as well as driving integration of developmental and deployable payloads onto air mobility platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead requirements development, tracking, and verification testing for system‑level projects.
+ Conduct Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing and design flight‑test modification procedures.
+ Perform RF/COSITE analysis, antenna‑radome performance assessments, and RF/fiber‑optic cabling evaluations.
+ Lead key working groups and system/payload trade studies to inform design decisions.
