Key Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical faults in industrial machines including lathes, milling machines, horizontal boring machines, and VTLs.
• Execute both emergency breakdown repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance on manual and CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate motor starters, VFDs, variable frequency drives, and limit switches.
• Oversee shop floor electrical load distribution, including the installation and maintenance of bus bars, distribution boards (DBs), and industrial plug sockets.
• Manage new machine installations from start to finish, including cable tray laying, wire pulling, and final power terminations.
• Monitor and maintain high‑value infrastructure, including transformers, main switchgear, and capacitor banks, to ensure a stable power supply and proper power factor.
