P+S Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an Electrical Technician to join their team in Cambridge on a full-time temporary basis for 6-12 weeks.

Job Summary

The main role of this assignment is to assist with the electrical assembly aspect of Control Systems. To assemble, service and test components/modules specified in the production of Control Systems and to understand and use associated test equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand and, at all times, comply with the instructions/requirements specified in published company Manufacturing Quality Systems and associated procedure documentation.
• Read/understand the content of electrical schematic/wiring diagrams and assist in the planning of cable, tray and component layout.
