About the job Electrical Superintendent (Consultant)

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of all electrical and electronic components of major repairs, new equipment installs, and drydocking.
• Create and put into action plans to improve the electrical and electronic equipment on LPG vessels in terms of both performance and condition.
• Establish and oversee repair budgets. Plan, carry out, and oversee repair projects in conjunction with ship managers to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum downtime.
• Verify compliance with client and legal requirements by conducting onboard inspections and creating repair specifications.
• Oversee and assist with the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of electrical and electronic automation systems.
• Provide summaries and technical information related to repair initiatives.
