**Job Description Summary**
The Service unit of GE Grid Solutions is currently seeking an Electrical Substation field specialist. Reporting directly to the Head of Service AC Substation Operations, the incumbent will be responsible, in collaboration with the client and the engineering group, to ensure the commissioning and maintenance of Medium and High Voltage products and provide apparatus’s support. It will also train and support these colleagues in performing this task. It should be available 24/24 for support in case of emergency.

**Job Description**

More specifically, it will:

+ Resource planning, equipment and time for commissioning, repair or maintenance expertise.
+ Perform Erection, Testing, Commissioning and maintenance of HV/MV electrical substations apparatus
+ Perform Testing, Commissioning and maintenance of LV AC/DC systems (distribution panels, Batteries, battery charger, Inverter…)
