Program Details

• Duration: 6 months, full‑time (40 hours/week), with a view to become permanent at the end of the traineeship depending on performance and business needs.
• Schedule: Standard Monday–Friday day schedule.
• The program provides exposure to the skills required for a future full‑time Data Center Engineering Operations Technician role. A full‑time role may involve shifts, weekends, and on‑call rotations.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and operating mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Support root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Help troubleshoot facility and rack‑level events within internal SLAs.
• Take daily operational readings of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Use the internal CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to manage workflows.
