About the Role

As an Electrical Manager within our Maidstone branch, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of a team of electricians operating across a busy and varied NHS contract.

You will provide technical oversight, ensure compliance with statutory and healthcare regulations, and play a key role in developing the electrical service across the contract. The role involves close collaboration with clients, internal management teams, and external stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant, and reliable services.

You will operate across Kent, spreading your time between the office branch base in Maidstone Turkey Mill and on site with your team members and clients. You will also be the main contact for any externally subcontracted work and liaise with that subcontractor daily.
