We are working with a leading heavy industrial manufacturing business operating within the advanced materials and glass production sector , supplying high-performance products into construction, automotive and specialist engineering markets. The site is a large-scale, highly automated production facility with a strong engineering presence and significant investment in plant reliability and continuous improvement.

The engineering team consists of around 50 engineers working across both rotating shift patterns and weekday day shifts. The structure is highly developed, with clear separation between mechanical and electrical responsibilities, allowing engineers to specialise and develop deep technical expertise.
