Overview The primary role of the Team Lead is to perform duties as required by a department head and/or Supervisor, to coordinateassembly and fabrication of productsfora small group of employees.The Lead designation is that of a “working lead”,wherethe majority ofthe employee’stime is hands on asa functioning team member.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensurecrew isarriving on time, ready and fit for duty at the start of each shift.

Host a morning meeting with crew atstartof shift to delegate work for the day.

Review any job-related issues or safety concerns.

Ensure workers have proper material and tools to complete daily tasks.

Trains new workers on methods and procedures specific to the area of expertise.

Familiarize self with and/or request training concerning new equipment.

Establish methods with workers to meet work schedule deadlines.

Ensure workers are wearing proper PPE and working in a safe manner.
