Onsite - based in New Orleans, LA
**Team Rubicon (TR)** is seeking an **Electrical Instructor** to join our **Programs** x **Workforce Development** team! The Electrical Instructor delivers hands-on electrical training that prepares participants for careers in skilled trades. Through classroom instruction, shop-based learning, coaching, and mentorship, the instructor helps participants develop the technical skills, professionalism, and safety mindset needed for workforce success. Working alongside Workforce Development staff and industry partners, the Electrical Instructor supports participant success from enrollment through employment and helps create a positive, accountable, and mission-driven learning environment.
