Position Overview:

In this role, you will lead a control systems engineering team responsible for the development and integration of Display, Gauge, and Infotainment (IVI) systems within Polaris powersports vehicles. You will guide system definition, requirements development, and integration activities that shape the digital rider experience. Reporting to the Director of Control Systems Engineering, you will collaborate closely with architecture, software, hardware, validation, manufacturing, and vehicle teams to deliver reliable and intuitive user interfaces. You will balance people leadership with hands-on technical oversight to ensure programs meet quality, cost, and timing expectations.
