Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct condition assessments of electrical installations and provide detailed reports. Plan, design, and administer contracts from inception to completion for building services and engineering projects. Compile and deliver comprehensive reports at all project stages, including Project Inception, Concept and Viability, Design, tender evaluation, progress, financial status, and project close-out. Manage the day-to-day administration associated with active projects.
