Job Description We are looking for a professional engineer who can consistently provide excellent customer service and ensure all equipment meets performance and compliance standards. The role also includes supporting wider building services activities, including fabric, HVAC, and mechanical tasks. Key Responsibilities Deliver electrical PPM, reactive and proactive maintenance within required timeframes. Carry out electrical fault finding, repairs and installation work across client properties. Complete building services maintenance tasks, including fabric, HVAC and mechanical duties as required. Provide callout response in line with the agreed callout rota. Undertake contractor control duties, including overseeing workmanship and ensuring standards are met. Issue and manage Permits to Work when required.
