Responsibilities

• Responsible for site supervision and inspection to ensure work complies with specifications and scope.
• Monitor the project schedule and plan manpower, tools, and equipment to maximize utilization.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and daily reports on work progress.
• Attend site meetings with the client and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the client and subcontractors for job execution.
• Compile monthly and daily paid attendance for salary preparation.
• Manage requisition and settlement of site advance for projects.
• Ensure all technical forms and drawings adhere to ISO requirements.
• Coordinate with office personnel on administrative and financial matters for smooth execution.
• Update project-related documents and report to the project manager.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
