Job Description
OUR CHALLENGE
As we scale our robots from development into production, we face increasing complexity in our electronics architecture. Our system relies on a growing set of custom-designed PCBs that must function reliably under real-world conditions. Currently, the speed of our development cycles leaves little room for simulation and structured validation. Critical design decisions are often made without modeled insight into electrical behavior. This results in issues that emerge late, during EMC testing or system bring-up, when they are slow and costly to fix. We lack dedicated simulation* expertise, and our current process depends too heavily on iteration and experience. To build reliable hardware faster, we need to integrate simulation* into our development process in a way that is focused, pragmatic, and precise.
