Electrical Engineer

Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, (DE13 8EN) – Onsite

Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer, you will provide technical expertise for our product group. You’ll deliver engineering solutions that improve safety, reliability, and performance, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical engineering expertise to Wabtec UK.
• On‑site engineering support for day‑to‑day technical issues arising from production, projects, quality and procurement.
• Manage creation and updating of technical and schematic drawings, and associated documentation.
• Raise and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
• Act as the UK interface to WITEC and contracted third parties and suppliers.
• Resolve engineering issues arising from production queries.
