The role is responsible for supporting the operational delivery and ongoing performance of the
BallotTrack (a tracking application). The application is critical to monitoring, tracking and accounting
of the ballot paper containers throughout the election period. The application is also used for
producing reports ensuring transparency across election operations and enable timely management
of issues.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated, equivalent, relevant professional
  experience.
• Experience supporting business applications or operational systems in a fast-paced
  environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect
  identification and test case preparation.
