Voces de la Frontera is seeking a passionate, organized, and community-centered Election Protection Coordinator to help break down voting barriers and strengthen civic participation across Wisconsin. If you are a relationship-builder, a problem-solver, and believe in the power of grassroots organizing, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will help ensure fair, accessible, and inclusive elections by recruiting and supporting election observers and poll workers, building relationships with municipal clerks, coordinating voter protection efforts, and helping community members navigate the voting process with confidence.

Your work will play a critical role in protecting voting rights and empowering immigrant and Latinx communities to participate in our democracy.
