Responsibilities:

+ Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing

+ Prepare and enter journal entries

+ Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts

+ Support month-end and year-end close activities

+ Perform data entry and maintain accounting records with accuracy and speed

+ Analyze financial data using intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)

+ Generate and review financial reports for accuracy and completeness
