The EHS Specialist shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Ensure all site activities comply with company and project safety management systems, as well as applicable regulations. Assist the HSSE Manager in developing, implementing, and continuously improving environmental, safety and health programs. Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. Monitor site operations and enforce safety procedures among contractors and subcontractors. Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and implement preventive and corrective measures. Develop and conduct safety training programs, toolbox talks, and safety briefings for site personnel. Review Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and SOPs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
