**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management, and managing EHS compliance for industrial facilities in Norway.
- Ability to communicate in Norwegian (Bokmål or Nynorsk) fluently in order to communicate with local authorities on regulatory requirements.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Environmental Management or a related field.
- Experience in data centers and electrical safety.
- Experience in managing environmental programs (e.g., emissions, wastewater, WEEE, ETS, ISO 14001 etc.).
- Knowledge of Norway EHS regulations.
- Ability to communicate with authorities on EHS matters.
