Job Description
The scope of services includes Project Management works for Buildings Project, based at Mumbai, India. Role extensively involves supporting client and Safety manager in review and supervision works.
Conduct daily site safety inspections across all work fronts including superstructure, façade, MEP, and fit-out zones.
Verify that the Contractor's Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA) are approved prior to commencement of high-risk activities.
Monitor permit-to-work (PTW) systems for hot works, confined space entry, excavations, working at height, and electrical isolation.
Ensure Task Hazard Analysis (THA) / Job Safety Analysis (JSA) are completed and communicated to workers before every critical task.
Observe and evaluate crane and hoist operations, formwork, shoring, and scaffolding inspections for compliance.
