We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedย EHCP Officerย to join a busy SEND service. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with knowledge of SEND legislation and the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process to support children and young people in achieving positive educational outcomes.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of EHCPs, ensuring plans are accurate, compliant with statutory requirements, and reflective of the individual needs of children and young people. You will work collaboratively with families, schools, health professionals, and partner agencies to coordinate information, develop high-quality plans, and support decision-making processes.
