Job Summary

The Efficiency Management Officer is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic automation initiatives of the Customer Contact Center. He/She will provide support in terms of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, Database Management, Information Presentation, SharePoint Automation, Power Business Intelligence, SAS Data Integration / Enterprise Guide, Microsoft Office Macro Development and CRM Development.
