The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality customer service by efficiently providing and processing information relating to education services, civilian and military training, and OJT programs. Responsibilities Duties: Serves as a customer service representative. Assist clients in determining career and academic goals by providing basic information concerning colleges and universities, testing, other methods of credit development, and other USAF educational and training opportunities. Advises qualified personnel on Air Force tuition assistance (AFTA) procedures. Updates, inquires, and processes actions through the Personnel Data System and Defense Joint Military Pay System (DJMS).
