Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one and small group support to students with special educational needs, including those with physical, cognitive, or behavioural challenges
• Assist teachers in implementing individualised education plans and effective teaching strategies
• Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources to support student learning
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student support
• Contribute to the overall positive and inclusive culture of the school
