• Assist course coordinator in class timetabling and hiring of course tutors.
• Work with Colleges/Schools, and tutorial instructors on arrangement of class allocation and teaching assignments
• Point of contact and support to students and schools
• Handle and manage course venue booking, registration, attendance, and assessments
• Assist in organising transferable skills programmes for all research students.
• Manage any administrative matters
• Support in any other academic-related programmes/matters
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

• Min Degree with 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
