Education Consultant – Instructor Observations

Position overview: The Education Consultant for Instructor Observations will be responsible for completing observations of instructors at campus locations in Calgary, Edmonton, or Winnipeg.

Key Responsibilities

• Support instructors in enhancing teaching practices in alignment with Robertson’s teaching and learning mission, vision, and mandate by conducting observations and providing feedback.
• Model professional communication both verbally and in writing.

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Required:
  • Subject Matter Expertise (education and experience) in one or more of the following: Pharmacy Assistant, Medical Lab Assistant, Health Care Aide, Nursing Assistant (Winnipeg).
  • Strong computer and digital literacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
