**EDM & CNC Operator – Spring Lake, MI**
**_DIRECT HIRE_**
**Pay: $22–$30/hr (higher for the right candidate!)**
**Location: Spring Lake, MI**
**Schedule: First shift 7am-3:30pm (5-8 hours of OT during the week) Rare weekend work**

**Position Overview**
We are seeking a skilled **EDM & CNC Operator** to join a growing tooling department. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating a variety of CNC and manual machines to manufacture and repair molds, dies, and tooling components.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong machining knowledge who enjoys working with precision equipment and tight tolerances.
