Looking for a smaller school where you can build confidence as an ECT with strong support around you?
This Gateshead primary school has approximately 150 pupils and mixed-age classes. The smaller size allows for close staff collaboration and strong leadership visibility. They are looking to support an ECT in a lower KS2 class with clear mentoring and structured planning support.
The Role:
Teaching a mixed Year 3/4 class
Planning alongside experienced colleagues
Developing assessment skills
Growing confidence in classroom management
