Job Description Summary
As an Order Management Intern, you will support the sales and operations organization by managing customer orders from order booking through invoicing and delivery. This role combines order administration, customer service, and hands‑on logistics activities, including the handling and registration of demo and loan equipment onsite.
This position is a one‑year contract for maternity cover. It is full‑time, onsite Monday‑Thursday with remote work on Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders end‑to‑end, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Validate orders for compliance with internal policies and contract terms.
- Maintain order backlog and update milestones in internal systems.
- Monitor customer plans vs. actual performance and support improvements.
