What You’ll Be Doing

• Chatting with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Answering questions about our products, prices, and availability
• Team‑up with other departments to ensure customers receive the solutions they need
• Maintaining light data entry on various platforms to keep information organized

You’re a Good Fit If You

• Have 1–3 years of work experience in a similar role or are a fast learner ready to grow
• Can speak and write fluently in Mandarin and English
• Are organized, great at multitasking, and know how to prioritize effectively
• Can work from home for 6 months (Johor based) and are comfortable working onsite after 6 months
