What You’ll Do

• Own a portfolio of complex, high‑value client accounts end‑to‑end — acting as the primary strategic point of contact at C‑suite and senior stakeholder level
• Lead the full client lifecycle across all service types — audits, consultancy retainers, workshops, fixed‑scope and replatforming projects — with minimal oversight
• Develop and present multi‑year eCommerce strategies tightly aligned to each client's commercial goals, market, and brand
• Resolve escalations before they reach SLT; be the first point of resolution and the steady hand clients trust
