What You'll Do

Operational Support:

• Support launch execution and post-launch stabilization activities for new shipping capabilities
• Track operational issues, risks, and exceptions across Stores, Carriers, Finance, Digital, and Customer Support
• Assist with coordination and maintenance of store-facing operational materials, FAQs, and process guidance
• Support cross-functional follow-ups to ensure issues and action items are tracked and resolved
