**ECMO ICU Opportunities**
The ECMO ICU is looking for experienced ECMO Specialist RNs who strive to deliver the highest quality care for our ECMO population. Come join our ELSO Platinum Center Of Excellence Program! The ECMO Specialist is expected to prime, initiate therapy, independently perform circuit exchanges and emergent interventions, and be proficient in the operation of multiple ECLS components and pumps. Performs intra/inter hospital transport of ECLS patients as part of the interdisciplinary Rapid ECMO Deployment Team.

**Patient Population:** All ECLS patients receiving VA, VV, VP, VA-V, RVAD and ECPR therapies. Disease processes including but not limited to postcardiotomy syndrome, cardiogenic shock, advanced heart failure, ...
