**What you'll do**

+ Guide, instruct and communicate assigned work to employees in the department.
+ Monitor group quality and performance, ensuring the team consistently follows work instructions and data card requirements
+ Assist Ops Leader in planning ways of utilizing personnel in the most efficient and profitable manner.
+ Maintain flow of work in keeping to established schedules. Assure equipment is in good working condition.
+ Assist Ops Leader in the administration of product quality, company policies and safety programs.
+ Assist Ops Leader in maintaining proper paperwork required in department.
+ Keep Ops Leader informed as to any operating difficulty and submit constructive recommendations to eliminate same.
